PM Modi: Opposition politicising Quota Issue

A promise made as a Chief Minister being fulfilled by PM Narendra Modi. Addressing a rally in Agra, Prime Minister Narendra Modi silenced critics who questioned the timing of the 124th Constitutional Amendment bill batting for conducting simultaneous elections.

Without naming SP and BSP, he hit out at emerging alliances. He said their only motive is to remove the Chowkidar who is standing guard against vested interests.

UP chief Minister Yogi Adityanath thanked Prime Minister Modi for bringing such a historic bill.

Prime Minister also hit out at the opposition for insulting Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in Parliament when she exposed Rahul Gandhi’s allegations on the Rafale contract. He said that Congress lawyers were going all out to protect Christian Michel.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the Gangajal project in Agra. It will provide Agra with better and more assured water supply. He also laid foundation stone for Integrated Command and Control Centre for Agra Smart City being set up at a cost of Rs. 285 crore and began the work for upgradation of SN Medical College in Agra.
