Solapur – Yedashi section of NH-211 at a cost of Rs.972.50 crores, and will help improve the connectivity of Solapur, with the important Marathwada region of Maharashtra.PM had laid the foundation for this project in 2014…
The section of the NH to be dedicated to the nation on Wednesday has road safety features like 2 major and 17 minor bridges, 4 vehicular and 10 pedestrian underpasses, besides one 3.4 km bypass at Tuljapur that will help decongest the city.
Through the ambitious BharatmalaPariyojana the Government is focussing on improving the efficiency of road traffic movement across the country by bridging critical infrastructure gaps…
PM will also lay the foundation stone of 30,000 houses under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana…. These will primarily benefit beedi workers, textile workers and workers from unorganised sector… PM will also dedicate Underground Sewerage System, and three Sewage Treatment Plants in Solapur.
He will also lay the Foundation Stone of Underground Sewerage System under AMRUT Mission.and Water Supply and Sewerage System, as part of Area Based Development in Solapur Smart City.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also visit Agra in Uttar Pradesh on Wedneday. He will launch Gangajal project and other various development projects. He will also lay the foundation stone for Integrated Command and Control Centre for Agra Smart City, and for upgradation of SN Medical College among others.
The Residents of Agra city in Uttar Pradesh can finally expect some relief from water scarcity as Ganga water is set to reach their households. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Agra in Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday, where he will launch Gangajal project and other various developmental projects.
The Gangajal programme has a project cost of Rs. 2880 Crore. It will provide Agra with better and more assured water supply.
It will benefit both the residents of the city as well as tourists. Under government’s Gangajal project, 150 cusec water will reach Agra from Palra headworks in Upper Ganga Canal in Bulandshahr.
While Agra will get 140 Cusec water, Mathura will get 10 cusec water. A 140 km long pipeline has been laid to bring Ganga water from Bulandshahr to Agra. Prime Minister will also address a public gathering at Kothi Meena Bazaar in Agra.
Agra has proved lucky for BJP. Ahead of LOK Sabha polls in 2014, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had addressed ‘Vijay Shankhnad Rally’ in Agra in November 2013.
BJP had registered a landslide victory in Lok Sabha polls in 2014. Besides, ahead of assembly polls in Uttar Pradesh, Prime Minister had addressed ‘parivartan rally’ on November 20, 2016.
BJP had won with an overwhelming majority and had formed the govt in the state.
And against the backdrop of these victories, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is heading towards Agra on Wednesday to launch the election campaign on Wednesday.
