Human Rights record of Indian Army above board: Bipin Rawat

Army chief Bipin Rawat today dismissed recent report of United Nations cataloguing alleged human rights violations in Jammu and Kashmir, saying it isn’t worth speaking about as it is “motivated”.

He said, the human rights record of the Indian Army is absolutely above board.
