Nepal: Oli Cabinet inducts two more ministers from SSFN

President Bidya Devi Bhandari administered the oath of office and secrecy to SSFN Chairman Upendra Yadav as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Health and Population and Mohammad Istiyaq Raya as Minister for Urban Development in Kathmandu on Friday.

The SSFN ministers have been inducted on the recommendation of Prime Minister K. P. Sharma Oli. With the latest expansion, the strength of three-month-old Oli Cabinet has reached 24.

SSFN had decided to join Oli government after having a two-point agreement with the ruling Nepal Communist Party on Monday.
