M&M’s arm aims to reduce losses in FY18: Report

Mahindra and Mahindra’s (M&M) subsidiary — Mahindra Two Wheelers (MTWL) — is reportedly aiming to reduce its losses in FY18 to sub Rs 1 billion levels from Rs 4.71 billion in FY17. Besides, the company is planning to launch new variants of its premium bike Mojo in the coming quarters. It has got a brand new BSA bike in the works apart from a Jawa motorcyle expected in FY19.

M&M is the flagship company of the Mahindra Group, a multinational conglomerate based in Mumbai, India. Amongst the various business interests of its parent group, the company is mainly involved in the automobile manufacturing. It is one of the leading auto companies of India.
