PIB creates web page on government’s success stories

New Delhi, May 26 (IANS) The government’s communication arm, Press Information Bureau, (PIB), on Thursday launched a special web page for one-stop information on the ‘achievements’ of the Modi government in the last two years.

The webpage ‘pib.nic.in/nda2’ includes interviews with union ministers, important cabinet decisions, ministry- and sector-wise ‘success stories’ and information on the National Democratic Alliance government’s achievements since May 2014.

“These success stories have been collected from 42 field offices of the PIB across the country,” a government statement said.

The PIB will also tweet short audio and video clips of beneficiaries of various schemes on Twitter under the hashtag ‘TransformingIndia’.

“The PIB collected a number of success stories across the country on various flagship programmes, innovative projects and schemes of the government, which have been made available on the web page,” a government statement said here.
