  • The scholarships are open for studies in India and for Indian nationals only.
  • Candidate should be a student of Graduate Engineering of IITs or NITs.
  • Candidate should have obtained minimum 65% marks in 12th class.
  • For existing students at IIT/NITs, Grade Point Average should be atleast 6.5 in 10 points scale system.
  • Gross annual income of family of the candidate from all sources should not be more than Rs.6.00 lakhs per annum. Students having lowest family income shall be given preference in the ascending order.
  • The candidates should not be availing or intend to avail any other financial assistance/scholarship from any other source. However, in case of student of getting fee waiver/reimbursement of tuition fees are eligible for applying for the scholarships.

Age Limit:

  • The age limit of the applicant is maximum 25 years as on 1st October, 2015 for the Academic Session.

  • The completed application with all the supporting documents duly certified and forwarded by their Head/Principal/Dean of the Institute/ College, should reach to:

    K-33, Ground Floor, Kalkaji,
    New Delhi – 110019.
  • Candidates should also submit an essay, in his own handwriting on “Why do I want to become an Engineer” (Not more than 300 words).
