Bharat Forge buys French oil gas machining co euro 11.8 m

In a bid to consolidate its position in the oil and gas space, Bharat Forge via it German arm CDP Bharat Forge GmbH acquired French company Mechanique Generale Langroise (MGL) for 11.8 million euros.

In a bid to consolidate its position in the oil and gas space,  Bharat Forge via it German arm CDP Bharat Forge GmbH acquired French company Mechanique Generale Langroise (MGL) for 11.8 million euros

MGL is focused on precision machining in oil and gas industry supplying turnkey components for drilling applications as well as components for the power sector.
