  1. Credit & Collections Analyst
    Qualification: Bachelors degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
    Experience: 5+ years of experience, preferably with a technology company, working in a rapidly changing, deadline-based position involving heavy interaction with multiple levels of management and peers.
  2. Customer Service Representative
    Skills:
    • Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheets, and internet applications, and a demonstrated ability to learn new applications
    • Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt style to the situation
    • Ability to work with others to deliver superior service to all customers
    • Capability to produce well thought out solutions that balance potentially opposing variables in high-pressure situations, which maintaining a high attention to detail
