CBSE 10th Result 2014:- CBSE Board has announced Chennai Region Result of 10th class, today on 19th May 2014. Now CBSE 10th Delhi and Ajmer region result is going to be declared tomorrow on 20th May. Still their is no official notification regarding CBSE 10th Result . As board announced officially result date we will update here. 

CBSE 10th Result 2014 Declared

Central Board of Secondary Education also called as CBSE had organized 10th Board Examination from 1st March 2014 to 14th March 2014. Around 10.30 lakh students appeared for the class X CBSE board exams this year. In 2013 the student count for the class X board exams stood at 9.42 lakh and this year, 7.93 lakh students were boys and the remaining 5.35 lakh students were girls. CBSE Board examination is not only prevalent among CBSE affiliated schools in the Indian subcontinent, but also among foreign schools affiliated to this board. 

This year about 19,202 foreign students have appeared for the CBSE class X board examinations in contrast to 17,551 students in 2013.The number of differently-able students who appeared for the CBSE 10th class examination 2014 stood at 3180 with 1248 students appearing from Delhi alone. The differently-able include students who are physicallyhandicapped, spastic or autistic, visually impaired, dyslexic, hearing impaired or dumb etc.

CBSE 10th Chennai Region Result Declared

According to official notification and CBSE statement, the pass percentage in Chennai region at 99.45 was the highest in the country and the results in that region was declared on 21st May 2013. This year CBSE 10th Class Result will be announced in the mid of May 2014. The newly introduced CBSE Grading system is actually a nine point scale grading system. The performance of student in grading system is starting from A1 to E2. Check below the grading strategic:

for 81 to 90 marks



for 71 to 80 marks



for 61 to 70 marks



for 51 to 60 marks



for 41 to 50 marks



for 33 to 40 marks



for 21 to 32 marks

Girls continued to outshine boys in the Class X examination held by the Central Board of Secondary Education, results in 2013 for which were declared in Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir Haryana and Chandigarh on 30th May 2013 (Tuesday). Girls were ahead at a pass percentage of 92.25 per cent while, boys were at 88.22 per cent and “The overall pass percentage for Class X for the region was 90.18 per cent and showed great improvements then previous year. We expect that this year also the CBSE 10th class result resemblance will be somehow related to the previous year result records.
